Building a Strong and Unified Base!

CIRC's Building the Base campaign seeks to:

  • Broaden and strengthen the membership through capacity building, education, training and alliance building.
  • Increase civic engagement by supporting member organizations to launch or expand electoral programs.
  • Change public opinion to support pro-immigrant policies through strategic communications initiatives.

CIRC will launch its 2008 capacity building campaign through the Assembly in April 2008.
